What you will do

• Guide Mid-Market and Small Enterprise customers through hirify.global platform deployment and initial adoption.
• Conduct discovery and business process mapping to analyze revenue workflows and define suitable solutions.
• Configure the hirify.global platform, design persona-based workflows, and document solution blueprints and deployment plans.
• Support organizational change management and user adoption to drive sustained value after go-live.
• Develop test scenarios, coordinate User Acceptance Testing, and provide post-go-live hypercare.
• Collaborate with customer technical teams to validate data, integrations, and security requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of customer-facing consulting experience in Professional Services, preferably with SaaS implementations.
• Experience managing stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
• Strong knowledge of revenue operations and business processes, including pipeline management and sales cycles.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions in a major CRM platform such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics.
• Technical aptitude with hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with customer technical teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
