Business Systems Analyst (Microsoft Power Platform)

hirify.global is engaging a consultant for a business systems analysis and transformation initiative.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on process improvement, workflow automation, operational efficiency, and business transformation.
• Design and implement scalable solutions with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Gather business requirements, evaluate current processes, and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, simplification, and AI-enabled improvements.
• Develop executive reporting, dashboards, insights, and communications to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with business, technology, risk, and control partners to align solutions with governance, compliance, audit, and operational requirements.
• Manage priorities, stakeholder expectations, risks, and dependencies while mentoring team members and serving as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business execution, implementation, strategic planning, process improvement, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing automation, workflow, business intelligence, or technology-enabled solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Advanced experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, managing stakeholders, and translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Experience with executive reporting, dashboards, data analysis, business intelligence, Agile methodologies, Jira, and SQL.
• Experience supporting governance, risk management, controls, compliance, or audit-related activities.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled solutions.
• Background in banking, financial services, credit card products, lending operations, or related business environments.
