Contractor - Business Systems Analyst (SharePoint)

Location: Onsite in Corvallis, Oregon, United States. This is a 40-hour-per-week contract estimated to last approximately 12 months. National and local travel may be required for business meetings and is expected to be less than 10% of working time.

What you will do

• Design, implement, support, and tailor SharePoint Online and Bridge application sites.
• Develop software requirements specifications and configuration documentation for application deployment.
• Lead cross-functional SharePoint initiatives, including standards, user interfaces, requests, upgrades, and technical fixes.
• Advise users on workflows, document management, collaboration, security, search, and records management.
• Work with IT, Operations, training, and other functional groups to support users and deliver end-user training.
• Assess emerging technologies and recommend appropriate solutions to management.

Requirements

• Associate degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, or four years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least two years of experience in a software development environment and at least five years of experience developing and supporting SharePoint Online applications.
• Proficiency with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Office products, and workflow development tools.
• Experience with business requirements elicitation, web-based systems design, software development lifecycles, Waterfall and Agile methodologies, and business process improvement.
• Ability to develop and deliver end-user training, communicate effectively, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Must be eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810. Knowledge of 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1 quality requirements is expected.
