TL;DR

Global Medical Affairs Leader Psoriatic Disease (Dermatology) (Immunology): Leading global medical affairs strategy, clinical-commercial optimization, lifecycle planning, and worldwide execution for icotrokinra and pipeline assets with an accent on dermatology, clinical development, and cross-regional alignment. Focus on developing publication strategies, engaging opinion leaders, supporting launches and congresses, and representing medical affairs across safety, development, and commercial teams.

Location: Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remotely per week. Up to 25% domestic and international travel.

What you will do

Develop and lead global medical affairs strategies and plans for psoriatic disease assets.
Coordinate cross-regional medical plans with Regional Medical Affairs, GMA Strategy and Execution, and Clinical Development.
Lead global publication planning, including manuscripts, abstracts, and posters.
Oversee key opinion leader communications, speaker development, opinion leader engagement, and advisory boards.
Represent Medical Affairs on Safety Management Teams, Compound Development Teams, and Global Commercial Teams.
Oversee launch activities, congresses, symposia, scientific material review, and Medical Information Core Responses.

Requirements

Advanced scientific or medical degree such as MD, PhD, or PharmD.
At least 8 years of relevant experience in a medical, clinical, scientific, or pharmaceutical industry environment.
Ability to lead matrixed, cross-functional teams and make ethical decisions in complex environments.
Knowledge of clinical study methodology, data interpretation, and benefit-risk management.
Strong understanding of medical affairs strategy and global execution.
