Manager, Safety Analysis Scientist (MedTech)

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Horsham, PA; Titusville, NJ; or Raritan, NJ (Hybrid role)

Salary: $117,000 – $201,250 per year

What you will do

• Lead safety evaluations, including data retrieval, analysis, and report writing for assigned products.
• Partner with Medical Safety Officers to support regulatory compliance and safety-related decision-making.
• Mentor team members on complex safety reports and provide guidance on novel projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape safety outcomes and support Safety Management Team (SMT) activities.
• Lead proactive safety data reviews and provide input on key regulatory and clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related or biomedical field with 9+ years of industry experience (or Advanced degree with 6+ years).
• Proven experience in medical writing or pharmacovigilance (PV).
• Strong working knowledge of medical concepts and global health authority safety requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex medical-scientific data and determine benefit-risk impact.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
