Instructor - Supply Chain Management

Location: Main campus in Stephenville, Texas, United States. Full-time, 9-month, non-tenure-track position with a 5/5 course load. Work hours are generally Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, or as teaching requirements indicate. Teaching may be assigned at other campus locations or through approved instructional modalities.

What you will do

• Plan, prepare, and deliver undergraduate courses in Supply Chain Management.
• Teach subjects including purchasing and supply management, logistics management, operations management, supply chain analytics, and global supply chain strategy.
• Develop syllabi, instructional materials, assessments, and active-learning activities.
• Assess student performance, provide feedback, and use learning outcomes to improve instruction and curricula.
• Support students through office hours, mentoring, advising, and academic guidance.
• Contribute to program development, recruitment, retention, professional development, industry relationships, and university service.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field from an AACSB-accredited institution.
• At least three years of professional experience in supply chain management, logistics, operations, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and operations, including the ability to translate analytics and concepts into classroom instruction.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are required.
• Applicants with degrees earned outside the United States must provide English translations and an official credential evaluation.
• Employment is contingent on credential verification and a criminal history investigation; the position serves as a Campus Security Authority.
