What you will do

• Teach graduate and undergraduate courses in management science, with a focus on supply chain operations, efficiency, production, and logistics.
• Develop, implement, and review effective teaching and learning processes using appropriate methodologies and technology.
• Participate in curriculum development, assessment, and course-content updates.
• Maintain discipline knowledge and contribute to research supporting AACSB standards and R2 research expectations.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners on program development and community engagement.
• Participate in institutional, college, and departmental service and supervise faculty and staff as assigned.

Requirements

• Terminal degree in a relevant business field aligned with Supply Chain Operations from a university with an AACSB-accredited business program.
• Terminal degree earned within the past five years and/or peer-reviewed publications from the past five years sufficient to support AACSB Scholarly Academic status.
• Ability to qualify as graduate faculty.
• Cover letter, resume/CV, three professional references, and transcripts are required.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Employment is contingent on credential verification and completion of a criminal history investigation.

Nice to have

• Active credentials such as Certified Supply Chain Professional, Certified Production & Inventory Management, Certified Logistics, Transportation & Distribution, ISM Professional in Supply Management, Certified Lean Practitioner, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Previous teaching experience.
