What you will do
- Resolve complex Human Resources cases involving employee lifecycle transactions, policy interpretation, time and attendance, benefits, and related inquiries.
- Partner with People Partners, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Centers of Excellence on escalations and end-to-end service delivery.
- Support people leaders with performance management administration, documentation, HR processes, and assigned talent acquisition activities.
- Document case activities and maintain accurate HR system records for compliance, auditability, reporting, and knowledge management.
- Analyze recurring issues and contribute to process standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, employee relations support, or an HR generalist or specialty role.
- Experience using Human Resources Information Systems, case management systems, and related business applications.
- Experience supporting multiple sites, business units, or operating companies.
- Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and supporting process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work onsite in one of the listed German locations.

- Experience independently managing complex HR cases within established policies and procedures.
- Experience providing compensation or hiring support during recruitment processes.
- Experience working in a shared services or case management environment.
