Visa Operations Specialist (Africa Focus)

What you will do

• Ensure accurate and timely visa delivery without errors or typos.
• Own visa processes for African countries and act as the team's subject-matter expert.
• Research global visa regulations and keep operational processes up to date.
• Support increasing visa volumes from new partnerships and enterprise client launches.
• Design and implement scalable visa processes for business growth.

Requirements

• Professional English proficiency for client-facing written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated experience with African visa processes, including country-specific requirements, documentation, and embassy or visa center procedures.
• At least 3 years of experience in business travel visas, immigration law, consular or visa service center work, or a related legal or visa role.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
• Interest in international teams and technology-driven environments.
