TL;DR

Location: Remote, hybrid, or onsite in Bremen (Germany), Sofia (Bulgaria), Belgrade (Serbia), or Singapore

What you will do

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks such as preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Research HR best practices and assist in policy development, payroll, and benefits administration.

Requirements

  • Please send your resume in English only.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws.
  • Knowledge of HR software/tools.

Culture & Benefits

  • Internship Duration: from 2 months or more.
  • Flexible schedule (usually 09:00/10:00 and 18:00/19:00 CET or EET).
  • Paid leave.
  • Remote work in locations without offices and hybrid work in office locations (2 days in-office, 3 days remote).
