What you will do
- Support People Compliance investigation processes.
- Contribute to ongoing People Compliance projects and real deliverables.
- Apply a structured and organized approach to compliance-related work.
- Collaborate across teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Support work related to reports of conduct that may conflict with SAP’s Global Anti-Discrimination Policy.
Requirements
- Current university student able to work alongside studies.
- Fluent written and spoken English and German required.
- Highly structured and organized working style.
- Investigative mindset.
- Interest in compliance processes; familiarity with legal frameworks is beneficial.
- Application documents must include a cover letter, table-form resume, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript, academic degree copies, and available employer references.

- Previous experience with investigations.
- Experience with compliance processes.
