People & Talent Lead

Location: Remote from France or Germany

hirify.global is building an open-source orchestration platform for data, infrastructure, business processes and AI agents across cloud and self-hosted environments.

What you will do

• Own recruitment from sourcing through signed offers across Sales, Engineering, Product, Marketing and Customer Operations.
• Coordinate international People operations, including contracts, payroll partners, EOR providers, benefits, time off and employee requests.
• Build consistent onboarding processes and help managers provide clear expectations and context to new joiners.
• Develop and run compensation, leveling, performance review and equity administration processes, including BSPCE where applicable.
• Organize all-hands meetings and the company offsite while strengthening communication across distributed teams.
• Provide founders with hiring, headcount and employment-cost reporting and identify operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Experience combining People and Talent responsibilities in a growing company.
• Hands-on experience sourcing, assessing and closing candidates across technical and business functions.
• Practical knowledge of international employment, including EOR providers, payroll partners and local advisers.
• Strong operational judgment and experience with ATS, HRIS and payroll platforms.
• Ability to introduce, operate and improve practical People processes without unnecessary complexity.
• Fluent professional English required; French or German is useful for working with local employees and providers.

• Experience in developer tools or open source.
• Background in operations or consulting.
• Experience supporting US employment from Europe.
