Salary: $84,000–$105,000 annually

What you will do

• Provide leadership to health center staff in collaboration with the Site Medical Leader.
• Support recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, training, and performance development for staff members.
• Manage clinic schedules and oversee nursing care for all patients.
• Provide direct patient care for less than 30% of the time and respond to emergency situations within the legal scope of practice.
• Oversee clinical records, infection control, patient privacy, supplies, medications, equipment, and facility safety.
• Participate in quality improvement and risk management activities, investigate complaints, and coordinate with clients and site operations leadership.

Requirements

• Certificate from an accredited nursing school or an Associate’s degree in nursing is required; a BSN is preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice is required.
• Current hands-on AHA or ARC Basic Life Support certification is required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification may be required based on the contract scope of services.
• At least three years of Registered Nurse experience in an emergency room, occupational health clinic, or other ambulatory care clinic.

Nice to have

• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing, Emergency Nursing, or Case Management.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
