Health Center Manager Registered Nurse

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

Salary: $146,939.20–$183,674.00 annually; $5,000 sign-on bonus

Provides healthcare services to client employees and their dependents through workplace health centers.

What you will do

• Manage daily health center operations, staffing, workflow, patient flow, and utilization.
• Lead hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management for teams typically including RNs, LPNs, administrative staff, and technical staff.
• Provide patient care and technical expertise as needed.
• Identify workflow efficiencies, conduct root cause analysis, and support process improvement initiatives.
• Serve as infection control lead, maintain compliance, and collaborate on quality initiatives.
• Communicate policies, engage client representatives, maintain patient records, and support incident and complaint investigations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support certification with hands-on training from AHA, ARC, or an equivalent provider.
• At least 3 years of medical-field experience and 2–3 years of management experience.
• 2–3 years of healthcare leadership experience, including leadership of teams of 30 or more employees.
• Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC, or other industry standards for infection prevention practices.

Nice to have

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification, depending on the contract scope of services.
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing, Emergency Nursing, or Case Management.
