Molding Technician-3 (Manufacturing)

Location: Champaign, Illinois, United States; onsite at a manufacturing facility

Salary: $29.21–$32.32 per hour

What you will do

• Set up, process, troubleshoot, and optimize molding machinery and auxiliary equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and product quality.
• Monitor and maintain chiller and production system performance.
• Verify that parts meet quality and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation according to GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Communicate with production, maintenance, and management teams while promoting safety and reliability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience as a molding technician, mold mechanic, or in a related maintenance role.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Champaign, Illinois.
