Loan Sales Specialist (Fintech)

Location: On site in Normal, Illinois, United States. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended weekday hours and possible Saturdays.

Base salary: $17.00–$20.00 per hour, plus additional compensation based on individual and company performance.

What you will do

• Listen to customers’ needs and present tailored loan and financing solutions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan process and lifecycle.
• Manage loan servicing and collections activities while following applicable laws and regulations.
• Support customers through phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Educate customers about loan terms and optional insurance products.
• Meet individual and branch sales, service, and performance goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work onsite in Normal, Illinois.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing demands, and provide empathetic customer service.
• Ability to comply with laws and regulations governing loans and collections.

Nice to have

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Spanish bilingual skills.
