What you will do

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Identify opportunities to grow and retain consumer and business relationships through appointments, referrals, and structured sales processes.
• Recommend deposit, loan, and other banking products and services based on customer goals and needs.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other bank areas and build strong internal partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration role.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products, lending, investments, and banking services is preferred.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with consumer lending, business lending, investments, mobile services, and online banking.
