What you will do
- Lead enterprise application initiatives from requirements gathering and planning through implementation, launch, support, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with business leaders to define objectives, scope, priorities, requirements, and success measures.
- Coordinate IT, engineering, architecture, security, QA, business stakeholders, vendors, systems integrators, and managed service providers.
- Manage project plans, roadmaps, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, change control, and executive reporting.
- Lead application configuration, integrations, data conversion, testing, training, deployment, releases, and post-launch support.
- Drive user adoption, operational readiness, knowledge transfer, compliance, and responsible use of AI-enabled delivery tools.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in enterprise application delivery, product/project/program management, business analysis, implementation consulting, or related technology roles.
- Experience delivering SaaS, packaged, configured, integrated, or custom enterprise application solutions.
- Strong business and functional analysis skills, including process mapping, requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, and decision facilitation.
- Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid delivery, and product-team models.
- Understanding of SDLC controls, architecture, SaaS/ERP integrations, data conversion, security, compliance, testing, and production support.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM/SCM, UKG, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Microsoft 365, or comparable platforms and tools.
Nice to have
- Agile or delivery certification such as CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or PMP.
- Platform or domain training in ERP/EPM, HCM/WFM, procurement, finance systems, merchandising, ServiceNow, or comparable applications.
- Training in internal controls, change management, vendor management, or software contract fundamentals.
