Sr. Technical Project Manager (Digital Transformation)

Location: Hybrid office-based role in Los Angeles, CA or San Diego, CA, USA

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day delivery of multi-workstream digital transformation programs from mobilization through launch and stabilization.
• Run agile ceremonies and translate Statements of Work into sprint backlogs, integrated timelines, and RAID logs.
• Coordinate platform, design system, content, integration, and phased migration workstreams across client and subcontracted teams.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, risks, dependencies, and formal change-request processes.
• Partner with engineering and architecture leads on environments, CI/CD, code review cadence, and release management.
• Own gate-review readiness and quality checks covering technical proof, analytics continuity, accessibility, Core Web Vitals, and cross-device QA.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of technical or agile project/program management experience, preferably with composable CMS, platform migration, or design system programs.
• Deep knowledge of agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and co-delivery models.
• Working knowledge of headless/composable CMS architecture, API-driven integrations, data layers, analytics implementation, and CI/CD basics.
• Experience managing parallel platform, design, content, and migration tracks, including scope, budget, risk, change-request, and gate-review processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills across client, technical, and creative teams.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification process.

Nice to have

• Agency or consultancy delivery experience.
• PMP, CSM/PSM, or SAFe certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
