Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst

What you will do

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and test scenarios.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify process improvements and ServiceNow solutions.
• Support end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, including testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Facilitate SIT, UAT, defect management, production readiness, release planning, and change management.
• Manage production support, including incident triage, defect resolution, root cause analysis, and enhancement requests.
• Administer ServiceNow environments, including users, roles, groups, email troubleshooting, data loads, upgrades, and support cases.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst and 3+ years of ServiceNow platform administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in ITSM processes and Software Asset Management Pro.
• Knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, basic scripting, Service Catalog, workflows, Flow Designer, dashboards, and access governance.
• Experience with email processing, Import Sets, Transform Maps, data loads, REST/SOAP integrations, and third-party integrations.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States; new H-1B visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification in ITSM or SAM.
• Experience with CMDB, HAM, Now Assist, EmployeeWorks, enterprise-scale environments, upgrades, and release management.
