What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of hirify.global ERP solutions from project initiation through go-live and stabilization.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, risks, stakeholder alignment, and contractual compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across services, product, sales, CoE, SRE, and support.
• Translate customer business objectives into executable project plans.
• Manage changes, customer relationships, internal resources, and project governance.
• Report progress and drive measurable value realization for customers.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in ERP implementation.
• Experience with Business Central or similar ERP systems; food industry or related-sector experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Epicor, SAP, or D365.
• Experience managing 5–10 projects, each lasting 6–18 months.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing environments.
