What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into software designs and working solutions for Legal, Compliance & Enterprise Risk Management teams.
• Build and enhance applications across multiple databases, data stores, data pipelines, and multi-tier architectures.
• Develop custom applications and business analytics tools, including integrations using AI tools.
• Configure and customize cloud-based third-party vendor applications.
• Code, debug, unit test, document, and support software solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, users, IT groups, and senior engineers in an agile environment.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate co-op program and able to commit to a six-month placement from January 13 through June 25, 2027.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, MIS, or Finance.
• Programming experience in one or more of SQL, Java, Python, Power Apps, or React.
• Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries, build relationships, collaborate, and meet deadlines.
• Available to work in the Boston hybrid environment, Monday through Friday, for 35–40 hours per week.
