Software Engineer - FCO Technology Team - Analyst - SLC

What you will do

• Develop software across the full project lifecycle, including design, programming, code management, and testing.
• Build and enhance tools for post-execution portfolio management, calculations, automated reconciliation, receivables, and payables.
• Integrate systems with global clearing houses and exchanges and support trade sourcing, matching, and invoice lifecycle management.
• Partner with operations teams on project planning, requirements analysis, and production support.
• Mentor junior team members and promote technical and functional best practices across FCO and Operations Engineering applications.
• Communicate project status and technical information to management and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in a comparable environment.
• Hands-on experience with object-oriented software development methodologies and best practices.
• Required technologies: Java, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, and UNIX.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical and business teams.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, MongoDB, Apache Spark, or Python.
• Interest in learning new technologies and financial business processes.
