Advanced Surgery Sales Rep (Palermo, Sicily)

Location: Italy, covering part of the Sicily territory; field-based and remote

Salary: €41,600 minimum annual salary, with potential for higher pay based on skills, expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.

What you will do

• Drive growth across the assigned territory through strategic account planning, product adoption, market-share development, and revenue growth.
• Build relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and hospital decision-makers.
• Support the launch and implementation of surgical solutions, including hemostatics, sealants, and anti-adhesion technologies.
• Provide product expertise and clinical support in operating rooms and healthcare facilities.
• Lead and contribute to hospital tenders, negotiate pricing with sales management, and develop sustainable business partnerships.
• Use CRM tools, market intelligence, and sales analytics for forecasting, opportunity prioritization, and territory management.

Requirements

• Scientific degree meeting Italian legal requirements for Informatori Scientifici del Farmaco.
• Proven experience selling medical products or drugs in a hospital environment.
• Understanding of hospital negotiations and tender processes.
• Availability to travel extensively across the assigned territory and a valid driver's license.
• Strong influencing, relationship-building, resilience, and outcome-focused skills.
• Ability to communicate in English.
