What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational targets and market conditions.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance productivity and performance.
- Optimize sales processes and CRM workflows to ensure efficiency and accurate data management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while leading high-level negotiations.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and market trends to provide actionable insights to management.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams on forecasting and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales (Master’s preferred).
- 10–15 years of experience in sales/commercial roles, including 3–5 years in leadership.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
- Strong strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and negotiation skills.
- Must be based in or able to work in Taguig City, Philippines.
