TL;DR
Lead Business Analyst (Enterprise Business Analysis): Leading business analysis across complex enterprise initiatives, translating client objectives into solution requirements with an accent on business architecture, stakeholder facilitation, and requirements lifecycle management. Focus on modeling as-is and to-be states, evaluating business cases, shaping solutions during discovery and pre-sales, and leading people and business impact.
Location: Poland; work format: remote or office. Travel may be required based on business needs, and collaboration across different time zones is expected.

What you will do
- Lead and coordinate business analysis activities across complex enterprise initiatives.
- Capture business vision and objectives, translate them into development-team requirements, and align solutions with strategic priorities.
- Define current and future business solution states, assess gaps, and propose improvements.
- Develop business cases, manage solution scope, and establish requirements and change management processes.
- Facilitate requirements elicitation, documentation, prototyping, modeling, stakeholder analysis, and communication planning.
- Lead discovery and pre-sales activities, coach Business Analysts, and support hiring, onboarding, growth, and organizational change.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in IT as a Lead Business Analyst.
- Deep understanding of enterprise client operations across various domains.
- Experience with Agile, Kanban, management principles, project management, business architecture frameworks, prioritization, and scope management.
- Experience in business development, discovery, pre-sales, and key business analysis techniques.
- Effective English communication is required for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- At least one professional certification is mandatory, such as IIBA CBAP, PMI PBA, OCUP 2 Intermediate, OCEB 2 Business Intermediate, or TOGAF 9.0 Foundation.
