Lead Business Analyst (Enterprise Business Analysis): Leading business analysis across complex enterprise initiatives, translating client objectives into solution requirements, and shaping business solutions with an accent on business architecture, stakeholder facilitation, and requirements lifecycle management. Focus on modeling as-is and to-be states, assessing solution gaps, developing business cases, and leading discovery and pre-sales activities across time zones.
Location: Poland; work type: remote or office.

What you will do
- Lead and coordinate business analysis activities across complex enterprise initiatives.
- Capture business vision and client specifics, translate objectives into requirements, and align solutions with strategic priorities.
- Define as-is and to-be states, assess gaps, propose improvements, and develop business cases for potential solutions or investments.
- Standardize requirements collection, documentation, prototyping, modeling, and the requirements lifecycle.
- Manage stakeholders, communication strategies, solution scope, and change management processes.
- Lead discovery and pre-sales activities, including workshops, solution shaping, and requirements clarification.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of IT experience as a Lead Business Analyst.
- Deep understanding of enterprise business operations across multiple domains.
- Knowledge of Agile and Kanban software development methodologies, management principles, and project management.
- Experience in business development, discovery, pre-sales, business architecture, prioritization, and scope management.
- Effective English communication is required for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- At least one professional certification is mandatory, such as IIBA CBAP, PMI PBA, OCUP 2 Intermediate, OCEB 2 Business Intermediate, or TOGAF 9.0 Foundation.
