Business Analyst (ServiceNow) (High Level Clearance - Remote US)

Location: Remote within the United States; must support US Eastern time zone working hours. Foreign locations and foreign IP addresses are blocked, and personal VPN connections are prohibited.

Salary: $67,355.00–$138,549.00 annually

What you will do

• Facilitate requirements elicitation and refinement with business and technical stakeholders.
• Document user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business rules, and requirements.
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and service improvement.
• Support ServiceNow configuration and enhancement efforts by clarifying workflow logic, approvals, and expected outcomes.
• Partner with developers and testers on test cases, user acceptance testing, release validation, and readiness.
• Maintain Agile backlog items, coordinate stakeholders, and communicate risks, dependencies, decisions, and status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, public administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, Agile delivery, and requirements gathering and documentation.
• At least 1 year supporting ServiceNow or a comparable enterprise workflow platform.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and requirements documentation.
• Experience with Agile collaboration tools such as ServiceNow Agile Development, Jira, or Confluence.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, hold an active Secret clearance, and reside and work within the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, App Engine, HRSD, or ITOM.
• Familiarity with workflow automation, service management, and enterprise service delivery.
• Experience with Visio or Lucidchart, UAT, release validation, documentation, training, or change management.
• Experience in federal IT or government contracting environments.
