Hourly Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for hourly positions, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create meaningful job descriptions.
• Guide hiring managers through candidate selection and maintain regular communication with applicants.
• Collaborate with HR to improve recruitment processes and maintain organized candidate records.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Requirements

• Experience managing recruitment activities in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to source candidates and deliver against requisition goals.
• Ability to support hiring managers throughout the selection process.
• Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Experience with Workday is strongly preferred.
