Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Production)

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for production and manufacturing roles, including Composites Technicians, CNC Machinists, skilled trades, and other production-critical positions.
• Build scalable sourcing channels through job boards, Indeed Smart Sourcing, referrals, staffing partners, trade schools, community organizations, outreach, and hiring events.
• Partner with production and operations leaders to forecast workforce needs, prioritize openings, and create recruiting plans.
• Manage a high-volume requisition and candidate portfolio while maintaining fast cycle times, clear communication, and a strong candidate experience.
• Develop recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill shifts and skill sets, measuring candidate flow, quality, conversion, offer acceptance, and time-to-fill.
• Guide candidates through sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, closing, and pre-employment steps while maintaining accurate ATS data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Significant experience with high-volume production, manufacturing, skilled trades, technician, or hourly hiring.
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume requisition and candidate load against aggressive hiring targets.
• Strong direct sourcing experience using resume databases, job boards, referrals, local outreach, and related channels.
• Experience partnering with manufacturing, operations, or production leaders in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to work hands-on in a resource-lean, high-growth environment requiring urgency, creativity, and strong follow-through.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in aerospace, defense, composites, advanced manufacturing, or another technical manufacturing environment.
• Experience building or scaling high-volume production recruiting programs and local talent pipelines.
• Experience supporting rapid headcount growth in an early-stage or high-growth company.
