Associate Manufacturing Recruiter (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the Franklin, NH manufacturing facility, Monday–Friday. Up to 10% local travel for hiring events, community outreach, recruiting partnerships, and workforce development activities.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hourly manufacturing, warehouse, and operations positions across the Franklin sites.
• Coordinate temporary and permanent hiring, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and candidate disposition.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring, high-volume, and hard-to-fill manufacturing roles.
• Develop local recruitment marketing campaigns and employer-branding initiatives.
• Build partnerships with staffing agencies, workforce organizations, community groups, technical schools, and other local talent sources.
• Partner with operations leaders and HR on workforce requirements, shift needs, hiring priorities, recruiting metrics, data accuracy, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of staffing or recruiting experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment.
• Experience managing high-volume hourly recruitment and supporting both temporary and permanent hiring.
• Strong sourcing, networking, relationship-building, communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems or related recruiting technology, plus knowledge of recruiting compliance and applicable employment laws.
• Successful employment eligibility verification, background checks, and pre-employment testing are required.

• Recruitment marketing, social media recruiting, or employer-branding experience.
• Community, workforce development, educational partnership, or staffing-agency experience.
• Workday recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of the New Hampshire manufacturing labor market and experience supporting multiple shifts.
