What you will do

• Build and execute sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Own strategic searches and attract qualified talent.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to align on talent needs, qualifications, and competitive offers.
• Deliver a candidate experience that reflects company culture and values.
• Present market and talent insights to guide hiring strategies and decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence hiring leaders, candidates, and partners at all levels.
• Driven, positive approach to navigating challenges.
• Ability to work on-site is required.
