Commercial Construction Senior Superintendent (Mission Critical)

What you will do

• Lead onsite construction operations and communicate project priorities to site staff and subcontractors.
• Administer safety programs, manage jobsite safety, and support accident reporting, investigations, and inspections.
• Maintain project quality standards, daily activity logs, work orders, site conditions, and subcontractor documentation.
• Coordinate project scheduling, installation sequencing, deadlines, long-lead items, temporary facilities, and utilities.
• Manage punch-list and closeout activities through owner and architect acceptance.
• Collaborate with the project manager, site operations team, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to identify and resolve issues.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of commercial construction experience, including experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business preferred; additional experience may substitute for a degree.
• Previous superintendent or project lead experience and mastery of building processes and best practices.
• Ability to organize people, tools, time, and other resources to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to use project software including Microsoft Office, Procore, Adobe, and Bluebeam.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience with tenant renovations, service work, occupied spaces, weekend work, or fast-paced projects.
• OSHA 30 certification.
