What you will do

• Protect and enhance the outlet center’s real estate assets while maximizing EBITDA and controlling expenses within Procure to Pay parameters.
• Develop and implement a strategic business plan covering operations, income generation, leasing, marketing, and capital needs.
• Lead local leasing activities from lead generation through tenant opening and support the leasing representatives in executing the center’s leasing strategy.
• Build strong relationships with current and prospective tenants, address tenant issues, and coordinate with governmental permit agencies.
• Oversee safety, security, emergency management, preventative maintenance, contracted services, energy planning, and visual presentation standards.
• Support marketing programs that increase retailer sales, shopping center revenues, customer engagement, and community influence.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience or training in shopping centers or an equivalent retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
• Effective writing, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Working knowledge of budgeting, accounting, and financial analysis.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and adaptability skills.
