Management Development Associate - General Management (Manufacturing)

Location: Must be willing and able to live in Connecticut, based in Bethany. The role includes time on the manufacturing floor and travel during business rotations as needed.

What you will do

• Complete a structured 12–18 month rotational program across key business functions.
• Contribute to and lead projects addressing business challenges, operational excellence, and organizational growth.
• Gain practical exposure to Technical Service, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and other strategic functions.
• Develop an understanding of operations, commercial strategy, finance, customer relationships, and organizational culture.
• Work with senior leadership and build the business acumen and leadership capabilities required for future management opportunities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Management, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience.
• Fluent Spanish or Chinese is required.
• Must be willing and able to live in Connecticut.
• Strong interest in leadership, business operations, strategy, and organizational growth.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, spend time on the manufacturing floor, and travel as needed.
