District Manager (Self-Storage)

What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of self-storage stores through district-level strategies.
• Hire, develop, and retain talent while delivering strong customer experiences.
• Manage rental rates, discounts, customer protection plans, and other revenue sources.
• Monitor controllable expenses, analyze financial reports and P&L results, and address performance trends.
• Conduct semi-annual audits and facility checklists, submit findings, and ensure follow-up actions.
• Partner with operational support functions on human resources, revenue management, procurement, finance, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of multi-unit operations experience in retail, restaurant, hotel, leasing, rental, or another customer service operation.
• Experience with responsibility for operating 10+ stores.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, integrity, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel are required.
