Payments Business Analyst II (Enterprise Payment Solutions)

Location: Hybrid/remote within approximately 70 miles of offices in Allen, Texas; Lenexa, Kansas; Springfield, Missouri; or Monett, Missouri. Occasional onsite interviews or in-person onboarding may be required.

Salary: $48,350–$66,000 annually, depending on location and experience.

What you will do

• Review customer contracts and sales agreements for accuracy, completeness, and implementation readiness.
• Coordinate customer onboarding and transitions from contract execution through implementation.
• Validate customer, product, and implementation data across internal systems.
• Partner with Sales, Contracting, Implementation, Billing, and Product teams to resolve issues.
• Manage project records, implementation pipelines, operational backlogs, and service-level cases.
• Support billing readiness, reporting, documentation, process improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 18 months of experience in a financial institution, fintech, or technical support setting.
• Foundational experience with research, report writing, process documentation, project execution, or event execution.
• Ability to work occasional nights and weekends according to business needs.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, data accuracy, prioritization, and deadline management skills.
• Ability to work within the stated geographic radius of the listed U.S. offices.

Nice to have

• Associate's degree in business administration, project management, business analytics, or a related field; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce.
