What you will do

• Analyze organizational processes, workflows, procedures, and operational performance.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
• Prepare reports, briefings, dashboards, presentations, and decision-support materials for leadership.
• Maintain program documentation, including SOPs, policies, process maps, and plans.
• Track requirements, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, action items, KPIs, and SLAs.

Requirements

• Hybrid on-site work in Crane, Indiana is required.
• Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 10 years of professional experience is required.
• Experience supporting process improvement, program analysis, requirements management, reporting, and performance monitoring.
