Senior IT Project Manager (SAP)

What you will do

• Lead large, complex, cross-functional, and multi-regional IT projects or programs from business case through deployment, stabilization, and benefits transition.
• Direct cross-regional SAP implementations and transformation programs across business process, functional, technical, data, integration, testing, cutover, and deployment workstreams.
• Define project plans, governance, critical paths, budgets, resource models, and delivery commitments across suppliers.
• Manage program-level risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, scope, and change control, including recovery plans for at-risk delivery.
• Provide executive reporting and partner with senior business and IT leaders on decisions, trade-offs, outcomes, and strategic alignment.
• Lead consulting partners, systems integrators, and vendors while coaching project managers and strengthening PMO standards and capabilities.

Requirements

• Substantial experience leading large, complex IT projects or multi-workstream programs across regions and business functions.
• End-to-end SAP project management experience, including cross-regional implementations or SAP transformation delivery in a consulting or systems-integration environment.
• Experience with executive governance, financial management, consulting and vendor leadership, program recovery, integration, testing, cutover, and deployment.
• Experience with enterprise on-premises or cloud data warehouse systems such as Snowflake, Databricks, Synapse, or SAP SAC.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in wholesale, retail, apparel, or consumer products is relevant; PMI certification is preferred.
