Senior Project Manager, Business Integration (SaaS)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid schedule with work from home up to 2 days per week depending on team needs.

hirify.global’s Aircraft Business Unit develops communication, data, platform, and application solutions that improve flight operations, air traffic management, and aircraft maintenance across the air transport industry.

What you will do

• Own post-acquisition integration programmes from Day 1 readiness through stabilisation, transition, and formal closure.
• Translate acquisition strategy, executive objectives, and due-diligence outputs into roadmaps, workstream plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance through steering committees, executive reviews, reporting, risk management, dependency tracking, and escalation paths.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering and Technology, Customer Service, Operations, Commercial, Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, Security, and corporate IT workstreams.
• Protect customer commitments, service continuity, product delivery, and critical operations throughout the transition.
• Define target operating models, KPIs, benefits ownership, financial controls, change plans, and evidence of value realisation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading complex enterprise programmes in international technology, software, SaaS, telecommunications, or digital services businesses.
• Proven post-merger or post-acquisition integration experience across multiple business and technology workstreams.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen covering business cases, integration budgets, synergies, benefits, and delivery trade-offs.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, programme governance, planning, risk management, and dependency management skills.
• University degree or equivalent professional experience, formal project or programme management training, and PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Fluent professional English required.

• Experience working with geographically distributed teams and senior leaders across multiple functions.
