Sr Product Manager, Data Platforms & Analytics - Healthcare

Base pay: $119,300–$198,800 per year

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for data modernization, data products, analytics platforms, and dashboards delivered to pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• Translate business and data requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Work within a SAFe environment, including backlog refinement, PI Planning, and delivery sequencing with Release Train Engineers.
• Partner with Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Data Science, and Data Analytics teams to shape data models, pipelines, and reporting outputs.
• Conduct discovery interviews with commercial stakeholders to validate concepts, prioritize features, and align products with business needs.
• Develop go-to-market enablement materials and ensure product direction meets de-identification, privacy, legal, and data-sharing standards.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience and typically 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in product management or technology product development, preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, clinical data, or medication access environments.
• Experience delivering analytics platforms and understanding data movement from raw collection through cleansing, integration, and reporting.
• Knowledge of healthcare transaction data, including prescription claims, prior authorization, access, and affordability program data.
• Experience partnering with data-focused technical teams on data models, pipelines, APIs, master data, and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of healthcare data de-identification and sharing frameworks, including HIPAA Safe Harbor, Expert Determination, and tokenization solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with medication access, affordability, pharmacy and provider networks, or specialty pharmacy.
• Experience with Master Data Management and patient identity resolution across healthcare data sources.
• Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager credentials.
