Finance Leader (AI)

Location: London, UK. On-site, working in person five days a week from the Shoreditch office.

What you will do

• Own FP&A, forecasting, planning, budgets, and unit economics across both sides of the marketplace.
• Build pricing models and shape the commercial strategy as the business scales.
• Produce board-quality reporting and manage relationships with existing investors.
• Partner with the CEO on fundraising, including financial models, data rooms, and investor conversations.
• Own cash management and oversee close, accounting, audit, and tax.
• Build an AI-first finance function through automation, dashboards, and efficient tooling.

Requirements

• Experience owning the full finance function at a company generating $50–200M+ in revenue or through a comparable scale-up.
• Hands-on experience with FP&A, forecasting, unit economics, cash management, and accounting oversight.
• Experience producing board reporting and supporting capital raises with top-tier European and US investors.
• Experience with complex commercial models, multiple geographies, and businesses beyond subscription SaaS.
• Strong commercial judgment and rigorous analytical skills, including hands-on work with SQL, spreadsheets, dashboards, and AI tools.
• Available to work on-site in the London office five days per week.
