Manager, Treasury Operations

Location: Greater London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with office attendance Tuesday through Thursday and remote work Monday and Friday. Candidates must already have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Manage daily cash operations, payment approvals, liquidity forecasts, cash flow projections, intercompany funding, and treasury reporting for European legal entities.
• Maintain banking relationships, bank accounts, KYC documentation, user access, treasury systems, and bank fee reconciliations.
• Coordinate intercompany FX hedges and spot transactions while monitoring treasury exposures and supporting risk management.
• Administer letters of credit and bank guarantees and coordinate trade finance requirements with internal stakeholders and banking partners.
• Maintain treasury policies and controls, support SOX compliance, and lead responses to internal and external audit requests.
• Drive process improvements, enhance treasury reporting and analytics, and support acquisitions, integrations, restructurings, and other strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Treasury experience in global companies; retail industry experience is preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with working knowledge of SAP and Hyperion.
• Experience with a Treasury Management System; Kyriba knowledge is preferred.
• Experience using automation and AI within the Treasury function.
• Strong communication, storytelling, relationship-building, prioritisation, and analytical skills.
• Existing UK work authorisation is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
