Salary: $116,150–$182,400 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Manage multiple complex operational processes, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Design and implement strategic process optimization plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Advise sales teams and management by interpreting complex analyses and refining deliverables.
• Define and monitor KPIs, take corrective actions, and report process performance to senior management.
• Evaluate and implement technology solutions for process automation and workflow efficiency.
• Lead change initiatives and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in sales, operations management, project management, process improvement, or a related field.
• Knowledge of business operations, business processes, data analysis, project management, and workflow management.
• Experience with automation, KPIs, change management, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of accounting, finance, supply chain, SAP Applications, Lean Six Sigma, or Six Sigma methodology.
• Work location: Spring, Texas, United States of America.

Nice to have

• Certified Sales Operations Professional (CSOP) certification.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
