What you will do

  • Maintain master scheduling, slotting reports, operational metrics, and process controls across business segments.
  • Manage production reports, order pull-ins and push-outs, capacity analysis, milestone routings, test strategies, and new product introduction routings.
  • Use Rapid Response for scenario planning and coordinate schedule transitions between pilot, volume, plant, and business-group operations.
  • Initiate and validate MRP demand, investigate engineering change orders, maintain planning bills, and resolve data integrity issues.
  • Coordinate with marketing, purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, demand management, and inventory teams to optimize sales orders, build plans, safety stock, and overplan strategies.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, slotting meetings, supply reviews, and cross-functional process improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated depth or breadth of expertise in master scheduling, planning, or a related discipline.
  • Experience interpreting complex business challenges and recommending process or system improvements.
  • Ability to lead others in solving complex problems using analytical judgment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for influencing cross-functional stakeholders and management.
  • Must work from the Austin, TX location.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
