Cross-Functional Project Manager (Robotics)

Location: USA remote with up to 25% travel to client locations and company headquarters

Salary: $101,000–$138,600 base pay per year, plus benefits

What you will do

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of cross-functional PMO initiatives and assigned workstreams.
• Build and maintain project plans, action registers, issue logs, risk registers, dependency trackers, and decision logs.
• Maintain accurate project and portfolio information across Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
• Coordinate with initiative owners and functional stakeholders on scope, ownership, milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Establish operating rhythms and create dashboards, status summaries, project trackers, and leadership updates.
• Identify execution and documentation gaps and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, industrial engineering, construction management, project management, operations, supply chain, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, program coordination, operations, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, construction, or cross-functional execution.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Working knowledge of scope, schedule, risk and issue management, action tracking, dependency management, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive and/or fly to client locations and company headquarters.

Nice to have

• PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or equivalent project management or continuous improvement certification.
