Information Technology Senior Project Manager

Location: Hybrid role based in Rosemead, California; employees must work and reside in California and report to an SCE facility for a set number of days.

Salary: $182,800–$274,100 per year

What you will do

• Manage multiple large, complex, mid- to long-term IT projects across the Transmission & Distribution portfolio.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, resources, and business outcomes.
• Plan, synchronize, and deliver complex Agile releases across products and portfolios.
• Oversee data and platform migrations from legacy to next-generation systems with minimal business disruption.
• Lead the design and integration of CI/CD pipelines for enterprise-scale test automation and rapid releases.
• Lead large Agile teams through complete software development lifecycles from inception through deprecation.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of IT project management experience.
• Experience managing large enterprise projects or IT program management activities.
• Experience managing project costs, methods, outcomes, scope, schedule, issues, risks, and resources.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid-Agile delivery methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.
• Successful candidates must complete a Personnel Risk Assessment or background investigation and required NERC/CIP training before gaining unescorted access to the assigned work location.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of IT portfolio management or product line management experience.
• Experience managing large systems integrators.
• Project Management or Agile certification.
• Utility industry experience, including critical control system software and grid technology delivery.
