Specialized Education Technician

What you will do

• Respond to psychosocial support requests from students, teachers, and administrative staff.
• Implement recommended accommodations and provide regular follow-up to help students develop autonomy.
• Support learning through strategies, specialized software, and adapted materials.
• Develop students' social skills and coordinate follow-up with teachers.
• Complete intervention and home plans and accompany students experiencing panic attacks during exam periods.

Requirements

• College diploma (DEC) with an appropriate specialization, particularly in social work, or a recognized equivalent.
• Three years of relevant experience.
• Professional proficiency in French, spoken and written, is required.
• Professional proficiency in English, spoken and written, is required.
• Ability to interact with internal and external clients and partners on a national and global scale.
