Senior Project Integrator Specialist (Aerospace)

Location: Wichita, Kansas, USA; day shift. The role coordinates multi-site activities and remote participation as necessary, while the position is associated with the Wichita site.

What you will do

• Manage complex projects and activities related to Experimental Flight Test, delivering them on time.
• Lead cross-functional teams in defining project scope, schedules, budgets, and priorities.
• Coordinate with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to maintain project compliance.
• Identify risks and lead mitigation planning and execution.
• Coordinate safety and security processes to assess and address potential product deficiencies.
• Prepare budget, resource allocation, and project visibility reports for organizational leadership.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or relevant diploma with equivalent experience.
• 10–12 years of experience in project management or aerospace.
• Advanced knowledge of project management processes and principles.
• Previous experience in flight test development and certification.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
