Principal Software Development Engineer (Go/AI Security)

What you will do

• Design and implement low-latency services and public APIs for scalable multi-tenant architectures.
• Build and optimize forward and reverse proxies for application performance and security.
• Develop observability, monitoring, and alerting capabilities across services.
• Use AI development tools, agentic frameworks, and context engineering to accelerate coding, testing, and problem-solving.
• Lead architectural decisions, mentor junior developers, and guide projects with minimal supervision.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and improve system architectures and development practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing low-latency applications with Go.
• Experience with multi-tenant B2B SaaS architectures and forward and reverse proxy development.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, network protocols, monitoring, and observability tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools and integrating AI assistance into development workflows.
• Strong project leadership, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of LLM product concepts such as embeddings, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering is beneficial.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic frameworks and context engineering.
• Experience designing and engineering public APIs.
• Familiarity with LLMs as a product domain, including embeddings, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
