Finance Manager

Location: Lisbon/Amadora, Portugal; hybrid working model with remote work permitted within Portugal.

What you will do

• Support commercial and financial management for real estate activities across multiple countries.
• Maintain accurate books and records in line with IFRS and financial reporting guidelines.
• Set up project activities in SAP and support budgeting, forecasting, and country-level reporting.
• Validate invoices, prepare accruals, and support purchase orders.
• Analyze gross cost, free cash flow, profit, capex, assets, cash, and liabilities.
• Support process improvements, automation initiatives, new business tools, and ad hoc financial requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.
• Up to two years of experience in a controlling role or a numerical/financial environment.
• Accounting qualification and previous SAP experience.
• Understanding of accounting principles, P&L, balance sheets, and basic tax including VAT.
• Clear communication with stakeholders at different levels, adaptability, initiative, and team orientation.
• English-speaking ability is required.
